So I am in the hospital waiting room when this guy walks in and sits down, takes out his cell phone and starts playing a game and is totally self-absorbed - enjoying his online popularity. So I got out my sketch book.

I like the irony of someone solitarily playing games on his device as a solution for popular. Nice rendering!
